2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro Unleashed

The Toyota Tacoma received a complete makeover for the 2024 model year with updates inside and out. Not only does this newly updated Tacoma ride on a new platform, but it also has new tech, new powertrains, and a new look. The Tacoma TRD Pro is the model designed for off-road performance, and it’s even better for 2024.

Unleash the Power of the 2024 Tacoma TRD Pro

It’s worth noting that the all-new powertrain for the Tacoma is Toyota’s i-FORCE MAX hybrid setup. While this is available for other trims, it comes standard with the TRD Pro. It uses the turbo four-cylinder gas engine but adds an electric motor with an extra 48 horsepower for a combined 326 horsepower. What’s different about this hybrid is the motor is integrated into the eight-speed transmission. A 1.87-kWh battery powers the motor and helps it achieve its impressive 465 pound-feet of torque.

Ready for Any Adventure Any Time

The Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro is ready to take on any adventure without any extra additions. It comes from the factory with a 34.4-degree approach angle and 26.1-degree departure angle. This makes tackling those large obstacles almost effortless. A new front stabilizer bar is available with a disconnect system. You just need to push a button to increase your suspension flex. When you disconnect the stabilizer, articulation increases.
Feel free to drive the 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro into areas where you wouldn’t take other pickup trucks. It comes standard with front recovery hooks, and rear recovery hooks are available just in case you need a hand getting out.

Cameras and Protection Everywhere

The number of cameras installed on the TRD Pro makes sure you can see anything that comes your way. The cameras display what’s around you on the Multi-Terrain monitor, which uses the massive 14-inch touchscreen. With a screen this size, you won’t miss a thing.
If you happen to look away and miss an obstacle, no worries; your Tacoma either comes standard or offers all the underbody protection it needs. You can make sure the engine, transfer case, rear differential, and gas tank are surrounded by protective armor so you can go where you want when you want.

Multi-Terrain Select for Any Type of Terrain

If you’re on the hunt for adventure, you never know what type of terrain you might come across. The Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro is ready for anything with its Multi-Terrain Select system. It’s now available with both four-wheel drive high and four-wheel drive low. The adjustable settings allow you to choose how much wheel spin you have. The new Tacoma also has a new CRAWL Control setting. This is almost like cruise control for off-road driving. It will maintain a set speed, so you can concentrate on steering over difficult terrain.
The 2024 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro is as ready for adventure as you are. It’s got the power, the equipment, and the technology.
